Dear sir ,
Could you tell, pleasen  me on which criterium PcOrd is based to select the most significant variables which are showed in the graph of RDA .

Is it possible to find these values in the written results supplies by the software.?

Daniel,  a few points on this:

All of the variables in the main matrix are shown if you select Options, Preferences | Format tab | Plot points (columns) and Label points (columns).

By default a variable in the second matrix is shown if it has a R^2 >= 0.2 with either axis displayed. You can change that 0.2 criterion by clicking on the button labeled "0.200" and substituting your desired value. If you use 0.0, then all variables in the second matrix are shown.

You can save the numerical values for the second matrix by File | Save Scores As | Joint Plot tips.
The numerical values for the columns in the main matrix are in Graphcol.gph
