Hello, I was wondering how to label environmental variables on the biplot graph of CCA(Canonical Correspondence Analysis). Thanks for your kind help in advance.

I could see the vectors for environmental variables but the labels (for example, pH, Soil Depth, Water Content,ect) are not displayed on my graph.

When you do a 2D graph of the results, you need to turn on the labels under Options|Preferences|Joint Plot|--check box here for the labels.
