Hi. We are in the process of creating a private procedures pbwiki as
part of our documentation for library desk staff. We want to enable
staff to have immediate access wihout having to remember to login at
the beginning of their rostered session (and logout again at the end),
but we don't want to make the wiki public. PBwiki Helpdesk suggested
contacting the API department at pbwiki and also this group. Does
anyone on the list know if this is possible? I am not a techy person
myself but would pass on the info to my techy colleagues! Thanks for
any advice you can give.

We are attempting to do something that sounds quite similar to
Louise.

One of our groups has set up a private wiki. They've also created a
generic reader user account that they planned on distributing to allow
all others on staff to view the wiki. What they'd like is to be allow
an automatic log in from a link on our staff intranet. Can this be
accomplished by passing this reader account user & password info and
an api key in the link? What I was looking to do was very similar to
the JSON and command line examples here:

http://pbwiki.com/api_v2/#Login

I was hoping I'd be able to do something like:
http://{wikiname}.pbwiki.com/?u_email={email}&u_password={pwd}&api={api}

Is this feasible?

Thanks,
rjh
