Win7 32bit add to source control enabled but everything else disabled

So I have just reformated my PC from Win XP to Win7 32bit also installed Powerbuilder 12.5, WAN Disco Subversion, Tortoise SVN and PBSCC. I also was able to checkout a repository to our group's project. Next was I added the source control in my workspace in Powerbuilder the problem is i can add objects to source control but I am unable to check in/check out/etc from the project.

I have already tried removing duplicate PB dlls and have also tried installing lower versions of SVN and the like. So I'm confused as to why I can't check in/ check out/ etc

you have news about this problem?, can you enconutre the solution?, i have this problem to.
