Welcome and the first breaking change

Welcome to the Paver mailing list!

I can see that there are a couple of other people here already, so
it's not an echo chamber ;)

Last night I checked in the first backwards-incompatible change. It's
a simple one, though. I renamed "target" to "task" to better reflect
what purpose those functions serve. I hope to do a 0.5 release
sometime soon that adds some features in addition to this change.

Feedback and wishlists are certainly welcome here.
