We're Home Again!

Greetings to all of you!

We want to take a moment to thank all of you who patiently waited for
orders between January and February. As some of you know, my mother
passed away December 31st. We eventually were able to head west on
January 20th. We drove to OR first to visit my sister's family and
then traveled down to northern CA where we visited my dad, sister, and
brother & family. From there we went to southern CA where we spent
some time with Steve's sister & family. Then we wandered through the
Grand Canyon area on our way to AR where we spent some time with our
son and his wife and daughter. We arrived home on February 7th. We had
ideal traveling conditions almost all the way, for which we are very
thankful. We are grateful for those who volunteered to help take care
of everything while we were gone. We felt a little guilty enjoying the
warmth of CA when we knew IA was experiencing some really cold
temperatures and someone else was having to feed our animals, etc.
They did a wonderful job for us.

Now, we are back to business. We will be in Ames, IA, on Tuesday,
February 22. If you want to meet us in that area to pick up an order,
let us know.
