How would I set a MOTD for my repo? It's not terribly important for me at
the moment, but it seems like it should be doable.

I tried scp _darcs/prefs/motd patch-tag.com:
/r/zerothDarcs2/_darcs/prefs/motd

but this (not terribly surprisingly) resulted in an error:
unknown user 1109
lost connection
(I guess I'm not allowed to use scp).
