feature request: allow "darcs pull" by ssh to any public repo

It would be nice if
darcs pull patch-tag.com:/r/whatever/proj ect
(and likewise darcs get) worked whenever the "project" repo for user
"whatever" was public. Currently, trying this results in permission errors.

I have an issue with my registration. My activation mail got lost. Or
something. I believe there was an error when I registered and now my email
is taken. I've tried using the forgot password functionality but I still
get nothing in my inbox. Not sure what to do to fix it. Just wait? I've

It seems the patch-tag.com SSL certificate has expired. Is this something
that will be addressed? It's not a huge deal to me, but just thought I

managed to upload my design documents for wiki inclusion, but I am
having trouble using "darcs push" to upload my code. It seems to get
most of the way through the process, but usually when it gets to

I know Patch-tag is on the back burner, but hopefully this one wouldn't be too hard. Could the home page redirect to the HTTPS site? The reason I ask is because the login form posts to http://..., so unless you explicitly visit [link] in the first place, your password is sent in the clear

Syntax highlighting

Does Patch-tag still have any syntax highlighting? I ask because I can't see any in my own repo, and I found a Haskell source file[1] in someone else's that isn't either. I figure if *any* highlighting is enabled, it would be working for Haskell.
I thought Patch-tag used to have syntax highlighting. Was this the case, or did I imagine it? :-)

I just tried to create a couple of new repositories but this seems to be
broken at the moment. They aren't showing in the list, and they aren't
created silently (at least, I tried hacking the url). Is this a known
problem?

When I visit patch-tag.com I get a message saying that the site is down. I
also seem unable to do any darcs operations via HTTP -- however, darcs over
ssh seems to work fine. So I guess it seems like the web server is down?
