Feature Request: clone the github "gist" feature

Hi all,

One missing feature which makes me using github more than I want is
the "gist" feature.

It enables sharing pasted chunks of code, but with a few advantages
over another pasting system:

* Truly permanent (linked to your patch-tag account)
* You can share a "darcs get <url>", and then update the code
* You can hack it within your editor and use "darcs push"
* You can fork it
* It could be another way of showing nice darcs properties
