Subject: Is replacing common.css possible?
I've tried to change the Wiki styling by following the instructions
from the gitit guide. I have replaced the static/css/custom.css
according to the gide, as you can see here:

https://patch-tag.com/r/blamario/SCC/wiki/static/css/

However, the served custom.css file is unaffected. Is this a bug in
darcsit, or did I do something wrong?

I believe not, unless I implemented it and forgot to document how to
use the feature -- not outside the realm of possibility. (It was quite
a while ago.)

I always *wanted* this for gitit on patch-tag.

Time permitting, I'll have a look at the forked gitit I'm using and
see if I can reconstruct how custom.css gets loaded, and whether
there's something there to allow a custom override.
