Parrot on Travis CI

Howdy,

I setup the Parrot test suite (just 'make test' right now) on Travis CI :

http://travis-ci.org/#!/parrot/parrot

It is all controlled by this YAML config file:

https://github.com/parrot/parrot/blob/master/.travis.yml

What else do we want to test? I assume codingstd tests and possibly
all_hll_test.pl as well.
