Information about 'rencode' movies capacity

Hi guys,

I have a quite long presentation with a short demonstration.

For the demo I would like to have a good resolution movie (the better should be to keep 1244*932 that was the original resolution) and decrease the frame rate as the demo had mainly fix image (may be 2 fps).

Is there some documentation about the parameters of the reencode function ? (all the parameters aren't explicit :-( )

Can I prepare my own movie and use 'add alternative' function ? (it seems that the import of the movies use it's own parameter ignoring the original one).
