upload hung

I can't upload my latest JUG talk

I first uploaded it but made a mistake, so fixed in the editor and tried to upload the talk

It hangs on "preparing subclips..."

I tried to clone the talk and upload, same result.

Same with "force media sync"

Hey Nicolas,

what have you changed in between the uploads? Have you added or changed media?
I`m sorry for this but again the only real change for me to find what`s happening would be to get the project :-(

I removed and reimported the videos (keeping the chapters as edited), manually selected the demo parts, and this fixed the talk (upload in progress)

It seems (but I may be wrong) the issue is that I removed a video track -> was deleted from ppdata/video but still used as a reference somewhere, until I replaced with a fresh new one.

Hey Nicolas,

yeah that might be the reason. So a check if the referenced media is still available might be good and

a nice error message instead of a hung :-)
