The purpose of the Parkland GDS Group is to allow graphic design
students at Parkland College to connect with each with ease. This is
an unmoderated group. Please follow these guidelines:

1. Only members may post (for more information about becoming a
member, please see http://c138.wikispaces.com/About+Google+Groups)

2. When you choose your nickname, please use your real name so that
your classmates will recognize you when they see you in class.

3. Post only text (no HTML)

4. If you wish to post images, please send an email with an attachment
to parkland-gds[AT]googlegroups.com (or you may link to published
images on your blog, your Google Page or use free image hosting
services like http://photobucket.com/ or http://tinypic.com/)

5. Be courteous.

6. Before creating a new topic thread, search to see if a similar
topic already exists.

7. Follow standard grammar/spelling rules and try not to use slang.

8. Avoid the use of all CAPITAL LETTERS in posts. (All CAPS is
considered "shouting" and causes readability issues.)

9. When quoting a previous post, include only the relevant portion of
that post.

10. Try to refrain from lashing back at a poorly behaving member or
participating in a flame war; instead, notify the group's owner at
pyoung.parkland....@gmail.com
