Well it appears from much intense investigation that the holiday
truffles with above 0.5% alcohol levels are considered "adulterated
food" and illegal statewide. So, its not just a Park Hill issue.

We could petition to have the law changed to the federal level of 6%.
Meantime, we will still carry the non-alcoholic truffles that are

I don't see any problems with flavored truffles; but then, I also observe
more "fanatical folk" in our society than at any time in my life... and it's
not a short life by any means...
