I'm organising a Christmas meal at " The Home " for a final get
together this year and to get us all in the Christmas spirit!

At: The Home in Little Bollington Nr Lymm
( formely the Stamford Arms )
Date: Thursday 7th December
Time: 8pm ( meal at 8.30pm )
Cost: £14 for 2 courses ( Starter & main or main & sweet)
or £18 for 3 courses ( £10 deposit per person )

If you would like to come along please could you let me know your menu
choices and let me have your deposit.
For those of you that I teach you could let me have your deposit next
time I see you and for others if you could pop
a cheque in the post to me that would be great.

> Tatton Park game terrine & cumberland chutney
> Organic wild mushroom, asparagus & goats cheese tart
> Lancashire smoked haddock fishcake & homemade ketchup
> Fresh fig & Cheshire air dried ham
> Potted prawns alongside honey & sunflower bread


Mains

> Local Cheshire farm sausage trio with a reform sauce
> seared organic salmon fillet with a traditional gazpacho sauce
> Baileys farn free range turkey roast dinner
> Ricotta & Spinach tortelini cherry tomato & fennel
> Fresh organic roast pheasant & home made satsuma game glaze

Served with duck fat roasted potataoes or cheesy mash,
brussel sprouts & chestnut butter & honey glaze carrots

Sweets

> Mulled wine poached pear & clotted cream
> Home Christmas pudding & brandy sauce
> Tattenhall dairy farm ice creams
> Home made chocolate mousse & laced candied peel
> Rustic English cheese platter and bath olives
