One can approach competition commission of India for redressal related to arbitrary nature of agreements as in the case ofDLF.

Yes Hargovind, you are right i have discuss the same with paramount employees. They don't have any idea about project completion.every single person is giving new date for possion. We all have to think and take necessary action on this.otherwise i don't think we will get possion of our flats in 2013 or 2014.Builder has already made money from this project and only 50k IFMS charges left so he will not take any tension for delay of project.                                                               Thanks

Hi all
I went the office on Saturday and was conveyed that possession letters will be out soon and they will start giving the possession by sept oct this year itself.

Once possession letters are issued then only we would allowed to enter the premises to view our flats before that due to security reasons they are not allowing us to visit the site.

 What is the date on your allotment letter?
They are giving different dates to different people.
Earlier we were told that we will be handed over the possession of the flat as per the dates on our allotment letters, which in our case completes 33 months on15th March 2013.
 Then they promised VERBALLY that we can expect to get possession by April or May.
To Mr. Neeraj , they said June -July and now to you they have said Sept -Oct2013.
 All these are evasive tactics, so that we do not take the matter to the Consumer court. If they are serious, why are they not prepared to give in writing?

 Let us get together and tackle this issue seriously. if we want possession by Sept -Oct 2013 we need to act NOW!

It states march 13 with 3 months grace.
I believe it's not the date on allotment letter that matters right now for possession as the construction will only get completed in around 10 -12 months. Since they have to do outer finishing completely let go what's happening inside 😊 and then they need to construct the club as well because without it they will not be able to offer the possession letter.

On another note has any one had any update on the interest amount and service tax amendments ? Are all paying it if yes then when now or at the time of possession ?
