I can't seem to get the batched upload working through the
papertoolkit.  I've run the registration, followed all of the
instructions, but can't seem to get any results.

I'm using a logitech io2 pen, and I've been trying the data demo paper
that comes with the Anoto SDK, as well as the ButterflyNet pattern.
Using the Data Demo sheets the vbdemos that come with the SDK pop up,
but nothing from the papertoolkit.  I'm not sure that this is a
problem with the papertoolkit, as I tried writing my own IDataReciever
and registering it, and still nothing happened.

I would hugely appreciate any help or suggestions.
