The Process
With our
EZ-Return shippers you can send 1-5 files in each shipper at anytime.
You do not have to wait for a scheduled monthly pick up of all your
files anymore. That alone gets everything online faster. Depending on when your EZ-Return Shipper is picked up, it can take anywhere from a 1-3 days to reach our production office.
Once in our office the files are each given a unique bar code and begin their journey into our Paperless System.
At first the file goes into a queue where it awaits processing by one
of our fingerprinted and professionally trained organizers.
Once
in the organizer's hands, the file is organized and/or prepared, and
scanned. The organization, preparation and scanning time is directly
dependent on the file size and the way the file is kept. We take great
care in preparing, organizing and scanning your file. Quality always takes precedence over speed.
Once
scanned the digital and paper file and the client CD are sent to our QA
department for comprehensive review. After review, the file is uploaded
to Locator Online, the CD-ROM is sent to you or your client and the
paper file is put in secured storage for shredding and recycling 30
days later.
Online Faster!
The
position in the queue depends on when an EZ-Return shipper is received.
Since we do not regulate when files are sent, the queue size can vary
each week resulting in shorter or longer wait times.
However, if you need a file right away, you can email or call us (800-642-6992) to expedite the processing. We can also just send a page or two if needed.
Another way to get all your files online faster is to keep them in a scanner friendly fashion.
