I18n changes and additions

Hi all,

I have forked paperclip and added I18n support with backwards
compatibility, as well as adding two new error messages for attachment
size which humanize the file size (5KB, 1MB etc). All current tests
pass so I am pretty sure I haven't broken anything :)

I would really appreciate any and all comments/suggestions from anyone
willing to give the code a once over.
