Configurable SPI voltage

Is the SPI voltage on the OMAP4430 ES board configurable, or is it
tied to 1.8V? It is not clear from the documentation, which does not
actually specify the protocol voltage in this case.

both the OMAP443x TRM and pandaboard describe the "VIO" voltage. in
addition it is indicated in the pandaboard schematic. all generic i/o
signals on the OMAP443x, operate at 1.8V.
