both the OMAP443x TRM and pandaboard describe the "VIO" voltage. in
addition it is indicated in the pandaboard schematic. all generic i/o
signals on the OMAP443x, operate at 1.8V.

there are several wiki pages describing how to interface SPI 1.8V
levels to devices that may require 3.3V or 5V:
