Is there anyone who is using DELL Lcd panel via HDMI to DVI cable? I
am unable to see anything on the display panel.

I think I used Dell flat panel lcd monitor. Look at: http://pandaboard.org/content/resources/references

HDMI out is closer to the USB. Check your connection.
