Icecream Sandwich git source fauilre

Hi

I have two question 

1. Can Icrecream sandwich run only on panda board OMAP4 CPU or it can run on older CPU

2. I tried over a week to retrieve the source but failed (It's not firewall problem

repo init -u git://git.omapzoom.org/platform/omapmanifest.git -b 27.x -m RLS4AI.1.1_IcecreamSandwich.xml

Is there a different git source i can use
