GeexBox did it a few month ago. You can download the underlying OpenBricks distribution on the corresponding web site (http://www.openbricks.org/). OpenBricks is based upon buildroot so it should be quite easy to setup.

hmm. what do you mean by porting? X server just works on panda. what
exactly do you want to do?
