Panama Columbia Boats- Hitchhiking

Hi everybody,
I was just browsing through the forum for information about boats to
Columbia. Lots of info, but I couldn't find anything about hitchhiking
a boat. Does anybody know if there is a chance to hitchhike with a
sailing boat from Panama City /Panama Canal or somewhere else in
Panama to Colombia?
