Dr. Hubert Watty, 46, was arrested on Tuesday at the Agape Medical Clinic by the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force and Muskogee County deputies, according to prosecutor Nikki Baker. The involvement of federal agents in a felony sexual battery case is not uncommon, Baker said

Doctor impersonator appears for fraud Posted: 24 Aug 2012 08:31 AM PDT A former sex-worker who posed as a doctor appeared in the Durban Commercial Crime Court. The court heard this week how Jonathan Peterson 27, spent four months masquerading as a cardiologist and cancer specialist at hospitals in KwaZulu-Natal. He was arrested June 19 in Pinetown near Durban and has been in custody at Westville prison. He was expected to be back in court on September 6 for mitigation of sentence.Peterson pleaded guilty to 43 counts of fraud, forgery and manufacturing forged documents.
