The paintwebFolder tells the plugin from where to load PaintWeb.
TinyMCE is in one place. PaintWeb is in another place.
The plugin I did for TinyMCE allows communication between TinyMCE and
PaintWeb. You need to put the plugin in the TinyMCE plugins folder. Then
with the paintwebFolder you tell the plugin where it can find PaintWeb,
the build folder, on your server.

The imageDataURLfilter plugin option is an optional property which allows
you as a developer to tell the TinyMCE plugin which server-side script to
use when the user tries to edit an image which has a data URL as its
source. Please see:
http://code.google.com/p/paintweb/wiki/UsageInTinyMCE#The_image_data_URL_filter
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Mihai
