MAMP and Rails server in the same time

Hello all :)
I would like to thank the PageKite community for developping this
really nice tool !

Today I have a question and I did not find a way to solve it

Problem :
a rails server on localhost:3000
a PHP server on localhost:8888/openx using MAMP

The special thing is the rails server access to the PHP server (XMLRPC
API communication)

What I've tried
pagekite.py 3000 myserver.pagekite.me (works to have rails server
running)
pagekite.py 8888 sub.myserver.pagekite.me not working to get access
to /openx folder


I read the thing about XAMPP but did not really understood it well.

Any help is welcome :)

When you say "not working", what exactly do you mean?

What do you see when you visit http://sub.myserver.pagekite.me/ ? My
first guess is that it is an Apache configuration issue (you may need
to teach it to accept the name sub.myserver.pagekite.me as a
VirtualHost), but it's hard to be sure without more info.
