RSS feed is not sending updates...says last update was 1/23 but I have updated the site mutilple times since then.

http://page2rss.com/rss/91880ab8083f4d6f6b0f99aa22340a70 i get a
response that says "The page http://www.cvlacrosse.com/index.html is
monitored for updates. There are no changes detected since 01/26/12
21:52:37."
I have updated the website mutiple times since then.
Any help would be appreciated.

I found 9 <html> and <body> blocks in the page. While our parser can
tolerate a lot of invalid HTML markup, multiple html and body tags is
that throws it out of the right track. Could you please, edit your
page the way it has only one html and body tag.
