Remove Page2RSS Feed That I did Not Post

About two years back a server that my website was hosted on was rooted
and my mysql information was posted on the index of my website.
Recently I was searching the net and found that Page2RSS had a feed
containing that mysql information which is a personal email and
password. Since I did not create this feed to do not have the ability
to just log in and remove it. Since I do not want my password openly
in plain text on the net how would I go about removing it.
