Does Google Page Speed Service fall under Google's Universal Privacy Policy?

Can I please get an answer regarding this?

I really like Google Page Speed Service and it's made a huge difference on my site (200,000+ pageviews daily), but I will stop using the service if Google Page Speed Service falls under the universal Privacy Policy of Google.

Please provide an answer ASAP.
