Issue with using current Active Record version as standalone in Padrino (schema dump fails)

Just a heads up in case anyone gets this:

** Execute ar:schema:dump
rake aborted!
undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass

after updating your Active record gem..

There's a patch on the way which you can apply yourself to get around
it.
