Release announcement: pacparser 1.3.0

I am pleased to announce the new release of pacparser - 1.3.0. It fixes few build related bugs and one functionality bug which caused pacparser to return wrong exit status if it failed during the execution of FindProxyForURL (Issue 12).

As usual, the source code, and the binaries for Mac and Windows can be downloaded from the project's website. I'll soon be updating the debian package as well.
