I'm afraid downloading means 'Transferring a file from a computer on
the Internet to your own computer.' so you won't be able to.
If there's somewhere you can download an installation file to another
computer (not that i know of, i'm afraid) you might be able to copy it
across on a flash drive or cd
The easiest sollution is probably to connect the computer to the
internet somehow, however :-/
