The inline marathon is really new for the skaters in China. Recently, they figured out an inline skate marathon in Beijing. Bob and I will skate Crown Hill tomorrow at 6 pm, providing it doesn't rain...too hard. Great 2.5 mile course with great pavement and very little traffic (other than the mower crew, which are generally on the grass). Has lots of hills and turns (left AND right), so great technical practice. And... if you feel you're in less than race day form, it's great for the opportunity to drop and be picked up again.... more »

Well gents I have discovered that it takes quite an effort to take video and transfer it to your computer and then upload it to You Tube but I figured it out . I have a 17 minute piece from our skate last weekend. It will give you a good look at your technique. I will get better and faster at putting together video as time goes on. Enjoy. Bob just got back into town and wants to skate, but can't make it until 6:45 pm. Not sure who all besides Lincheng and Bob is planning on showing up. Hopefully, it's ok to move the time back.
