Well gents I have discovered that it takes quite an effort to take video and transfer it to your computer and then upload it to You Tube but I figured it out . I have a 17 minute piece from our skate last weekend. It will give you a good look at your technique. I will get better and faster at putting together video as time goes on. Enjoy. I'm working at the Geist half marathon this weekend so I won't be around to skate. Have fun and happy rollin'.

Thanks for posting this, Derek.  It’s a great training tool. I see that I’m at least 10-15 degrees from proper angle of knee bend! Back to the gym to do more glute and thigh work.  

 

I also see that I need to be more careful at blind intersections…

Very nice work, indeed, Derek.  Nothing like a quality video to entice the sideliners to strap on their wheels.

  It is really nice, I like it. Thanks for your time to post this video. This give me a lot of feedback that what I should improve on the technical side. Next time, we need to take turns to carry this camera, in this way, Dereck can be on the video.
