Subject: Women's CX clinic at WhirlyBird

Women's Team CF Elite Cyclocross racer, Kristin Gavin, and Team CF are
excited to collaborate with Guy's Bicycles Racing and WhirlyBird Cross to
offer a women's beginner cyclocross clinic.

When: RACE DAY! Sunday September, 25th, 8:00-10:00 AM

Where: At the race course, Bryn Athyn College

Who: Women only. Sorry fellas!

What will be taught? Kristin will work with novice cyclocross racers to
identify course features of the WhirlyBird race course and practice specific
skills including: dismounting and remounting at barriers, cornering, a smart
race start, and smart shifting!

The group will meet at the Asplundh Field House and pre-ride the course at
8:00 AM sharp, before spending time off-course practicing course specific
skills.

The clinic is geared toward novice riders, although racers with experience
are still encouraged to participate, the focus of the clinic will be basic
skills for new racers.

How do I sign up? To register for the clinic, cut the following link and
paste it into your browser window:

Does it cost anything? Nope - the clinic is free! All women are encouraged
to stay and race.

Waiver: If you plan to attend, please print and sign the waiver form and
bring with you to the clinic. The link to the waiver form is:

Don't have a cross bike? Team CF has 3 demo bikes available. Reserve one
today by emailing Kristinga...@gmail.com.

you're putting yourself into a hole, but you just have to stay focused. You
have to have faith that if you're doing the work now, you'll get there
