Hi
I am new to this. I mean I am new to the whole world of computing. I
want to learn programming as long as it takes.
My interest is more web such as htlm5, javascript and css. Are there
any pre-reqs to studying here?

It depends, usually each of the course states what are the pre-reqs
(if any). AFAIK a course for html5/css3 is being organized right now,
but I don't know about javascript.

Regards,

I guess learning HTML (without the "5" at the end) and XHTML would be
a starting prereq. But even if there are no official prereqs, In my
opinion, it would be a good idea to start learning these first so you
have the basic foundation. What do other guys think?
