Hi P2PU researchers,

the ITiCSE 2011, the 16th Annual Conference on Innovation and Technology in Computer Science Education, will be held in Darmstadt, Germany this June.  This seems like a good context in which to present the P2PU model, with particular emphasis on the School of Webcraft approach to web development education.

We've missed the submission for papers and panels, but Tips and Courseware and Posters sections are open until March 11th.

I've never submitted anything for a conference like this, so would greatly appreciate the help or suggestions of anyone on the researches list in preparing these submissions.

Best,

Pippa

I can definitely help with the submission.

Also says that exhibits are available as well which would be a little less about pushing the model and more about drumming up interest. Thoughts on which avenue you would prefer to pursue? The exhibit would probably require some printed materials, etc. Could try for both.

i'd also be happy to help wth this.

FWIW, if i were on a programme committee, i would be looking for us to have concrete questions we are trying to answer, metrics we've defined, definitions of success, etc. so, maybe worth thinking about it from that angle.

+1 for submitting a poster, and for Jessy's suggested focus on metrics

Pippa: It would be great if you could take the lead, and let erin,
jessy and myself know how to help. Also good to keep Matt and Geoff in
the loop - and for help with communication.

Sweet! It's good to know there are people willing to help with the ITiCSE submission. I've set this as the first item on the Webcraft call this week.
