7. Carol will deliberately nudge you to drink fluids every 15 minutes or every 3 miles, whichever comes first.
8. Carol can change a flat in under 3 minutes … hers or yours.
9. Carol always carries a ziplock bag of Advil … and voluntarily shares.
10. Carol will spend the last 30 minutes of the ride explaining how once you have your first century under your belt, there is nothing to maintaining the effort. (They “say” that there are no easy centuries … but in reality, only the first one really hurts! ;)
