I surely agree. There are few streets in oxford (without a bike path) I feel relatively safe riding on. You still better really check your back and watch out for vehicles not paying attention. Now that heavily tinted windows are allowed (thought it was illegal) you can't see whether the driver is looking at you or texting.
You know it would help a whole hell of a lot if at least we could friggin see each other in vehicles. Idiots pass laws and then don't enforce them.
