Shadertone 0.1.0 released

I've fixed all the bugs and written all the docs that seemed necessary to fix before a 0.1.0 release.  Now you can use a named version of shadertone in your own code if you'd like.

Because of the lwjgl native libraries, the project.clj edits are not trivial.  See the documentation in the README under "Option 2: download from clojars" and you may want to look at the example usage in https://github.com/rogerallen/sot.

Hey Roger,

it's great to see Shadertone get more and more polished - fantastic work :-)

Out of interest, how come the sot project has to specify the lwjgl deps explicitly rather than then being transitively obtained from the shadertone dependency?

I was kind of surprised that I had to do this, too.  But, without this, the sot project complained about missing lwjgl.  I'm not experienced with clojars & packaging at all and I'd like to avoid this if possible.  So, if there is a better way to package things up, I'd love to hear about it...
