Ismail Haniyeh:"We have faced a series of conspiracies against us.Our
privileges has been discharged and many obstacles were placed in our
way over the last few months.This trend is connected to Fateh,which
has been supplied with money and all necessary equipment to bring
Hamas Movement down."

A meeting organized by the Hamas Movement and the Palestinian PM
Ismail Haniyeh's guidense was held today in Gaza City. Hanyieh
addressed in a speech directed to the Palestinian people and the
outside World the urgent need of a dialogue as the basic of principles
to solve problems. The meeting was attended by Palestinian
politicians, academics and clerics - the participants of the meeting
walked together from the Palestinian Legislative Council building to
the Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniye's office. About 5.000
people gathered around the Palestinian Parliamentary buildings - this
sunny and long sought after, peaceful Sunday afternoon in Gaza City.

At the Rashad Ash Shawwa Cultural Center in Gaza City - Ismail
Haniyeh's speech, is part of a meeting organized by the Palestinian
League of Clerics, under the title"Brothers & Construction." Ismail
Haniyeh addressed his speech to the Palestinian people and to the
outside world and was commenting on the developments in the
Palestinian arena. The decisions which was announced by Mahmoud Abbas
- following the Fateh escape to Egypt and the West Bank - and the
Hamas Movements cleaning up, taking the lead and the responsibility of
a Gaza Strip with a much troubled past.

Haniya says - "The law must be applied to all Palestinians "- we
[Hamas Movement] reject the separation of the West Bank from the Gaza
Strip - and we reject the "management plan" of $ 59 million USD that
Samoa Dayton will give to "non-governmental institutions" - and we
reject the one- sided political support of Mahmoud Abbas [Fateh] - and
the one- sided financial aid of the [Fateh]Mahmoud Abbas - so called
"national" security.

Haniyeh also mention the lies and the bias of Israeli media - the
Israelis through its media is spreading rumors around the world, that
Hamas Movement have planned to assassinate Mahmoud Abbas - that is a
big lie ! - " However it is true and the criminal attempt is proved,
that Mahmoud Abbas and Mohammed Dahlan [Fateh ]- tried to assassinate
me at the Rafah crossing - but we have forgiven them ".

Ismail Hanieyh came back home to Gaza Strip on December 12 2006 -
after a long and tiresome journey abroad, to collect money for his
blackmailed and starving people on the Gaza Strip. - Haniyeh arrived
to the Rafah crossing with a suite case filled with $ 25 m USD donated
by the Gulf states, when he was attacked by Mohammed Dahlans gunmen.

Hanieh said in his speech today, that - "We [ Hamas Movement] never
accepted the so called "national security" of [Fateh- Dahlan] in Gaza
City and the lack of security on the West Bank."The Central Committee
of Fateh in the West Bank is working hard, to separate the legitimate
government of Hamas in Gaza Strip.Hamas has the legitimate majority in
the Palestinian Legislative Council and the majority of the
ministries.".

Haniyeh is reaching out to all party's, asserting the urgent need for
a dialogue - as a basic and fundamental principle, to solve problems -
and to find a way out of the current Palestinian political and
economical crisis. A dialogue between political groups has also been
proposed by different Palestinian political and cultural
organizations.

Ismail Haniyeh in his speech is also emphasizing the Palestinian
refugee problem - " Why not met to resolve the issues of Palestinian
refugees around the world" he said. Haniyeh is well coming all foreign
guests - journalists and friends of the Palestinian people, to the
Palestinian territories - and he assure that - the Gaza Strip - has
now become calm and safe.

Haniyeh said he will remain a servant of the Palestinian people - and
that "Iran has nothing to do with what happened on Gaza Strip". and he
concludes in his long speech that - "there is no different in the
goals of Hamas and Fateh - we have a common problem - that is the
Israeli occupation".

Haniyeh reject all external interference in the cause of the
Palestinian people to decide their fate. "We the Palestinian people
are faced by an economic and political blockade of the entire world
for the recognition of Israel - and please understand - we the
Palestinian people will resist to the fullest - for the liberation of
our homelands" !

During the seizure of Gaza City one week ago Hamas occupied all
buildings owned by [Fateh]the security services.

On Monday,Mahmoud Zahhar, one leader of the Hamas Movement addressed
at the Islah Mosques east of Gaza City - the unveiled top secret
information and the documents findings that Hamas found in the
buildings of the Palestinian security services [Fateh] - in the Gaza
Strip on week ago - will be released soon. Zahhar said that people
will be shocked by the content in the findings.

Hamas also found the Palestinian Intelligence Agency headquarters,
called 'The Ship', in which "50 booby-trapped cars were ready for use
- we disassembled the cars and saved Gaza from a sea of blood".Hamas
also found secret tunnels, mass graves and arsenals of weaponery..

"There are also documents which reveal the financial corruption in
Fateh.

These documents show how money was divided and handed out, these
findings also reveal moral corruption,such as photos taken of a
minister's daughter in a sexual position, which were used as
blackmail," said Zahhar. Fatah protected drug and weapons dealers. He
added, "These are things that no one can comprehend and no one can
imagine."

Zahhar revealed that Hamas did not plan to occupy the 'Al
Muntada' (the presidential compound)- but were forced to enter it to
rescue "innocent inhabitants".

Zahhar claimed that before Hamas took over the Al Muntada, "It was
used as a huge prison for torture and massacre, it was fortified and
armoured."The honest men of Fatah asked Hamas to come and seize
control of the security locations that belong to Fatah," said Zahhar.

"The recent conflict in Gaza was not between Hamas and Fateh, because
Hamas has nothing against Fateh as such.The first and last beneficiary
from this situation is Fateh, which has sacrificed souls like other
parties and as a result their status will after a while improve among
the Palestinian population," concluded Zahhar.
