Hi everyone,
Those of you using our SMS top up services to make cheap international calls from mobile phones may start to notice that the access numbers for some of these services now begin with 033 (or similar) rather than 0207. You may be wondering whether calls to 033 numbers are included in your inclusive minutes or not.

Here is what Just Dial say about this:

033 Access Number

All topup messages sent to customers now have a 033 access number for use with our topup2talk service. Customers using the 033 access number have the same experience as calling 020 7124 6666.

The 033 access number is 0333 3218 747

Many customers are not familiar with 033 numbers and may be unsure of the cost of calling this type of number. Calls to 033 Numbers cost no more than calling a 01 or 02 numbers and must be included from any "inclusive" minutes or call package.

This applies when calling from a landline or a mobile. This makes the 033 number a better option as the customer is guaranteed to be charged at the best rate from their service plan. (Some networks state that they’ll charge a higher rate for calling an 0207 number attached to services like topup2talk).

for some more information on this.
