I recognized a strange behaviour of the otter stats querry: When passed
f.e. this URL  
http://otter.topsy.com/stats.json?url=http://www.cnn.com/2012/03/05/u... ,
it return zero tweets, but without the "index.html" (
http://otter.topsy.com/stats.json?url=http://www.cnn.com/2012/03/05/u...<http://otter.topsy.com/stats.json?url=http://www.cnn.com/2012/03/05/u...>  
) it returns the accurate count. Why is that so? Will topsy automatically
slice the index.html part?
