FYI- As soon as someone can tell me how to do it, I intend to have audio (and hopefully eventually video) streams of all the Veg Fest talks on the NCVA Web site. I'll keep everyone posted.

Re: Vitamin D...I started a discussion on here about it last year and
I just wanted to pass on that I saw Brenda Davis' second lecture at
Veg Fest (YAY, Veg Fest!) She mentioned that there is now strong
evidence to support the fact that Vitamin D2 (vegan) is just as
effective as Vitamin D3 (animal sources.) She also mentioned that
there really is no vegan source of Vitamin D3, eventho' some companies
were claiming (I think one of the orange juice companies that adds it
along with calcium?) that the Vitamin D3 they were using was synthetic
and vegan. Apparently they were 'suspending' it in fish or something
like that...
