Title : Peregrine ServiceCenter Specialist
Location : Ottawa
Type : Contract
Responsibilities :
Mandatory: must have experience converting/migrating to Perigrine
ServiceCenter, preferably from Tivoli Service Desk. The project will include
creating/delivering Administrator Training.
We are looking to build a Team of three (3) or four (4) individuals.
including one (1) who can confidently fill the role of Team Leader.
Required Skills & qualifications :
Experience with some or all of the following is highly desirable:
- Data Validation,
- Dashboarding - Charts and Marquees,
- ServiceCenter Wizards,
- Additional table support,
- Customized menus,
- Scripts and guides,
- Testing,
- Subcategories,
- Additional Reports created with Crystal Reports.

Security and references :
