Responsibilities:
-Write user manuals for information technology systems
-Maintain user manuals
-Write and create technical manuals
-Provide knowledge transder to team members where applicable

Requirements:
-Diploma and/or equivalent work experience
-Experience in writing of user manuals for Information Technology Systems
-Maintenance of user manuals for Information Technology Systems based upon
user feedback and or system changes
-Experience in writing and creation of technical manuals for Information
technology Systems
-Maintenance of technical manuals for Information Technology Systems upon
technical user feedback and system changes
-Experience in creating and establishing and or implementing technical
documentation standards
-Experience gathering information concerning Information Technology system
features and capabilities from software development team
-Experience in leading a team of technical writers in creating documentation
for IT systems

A minimum of four (4) years experience in the last eight (8) years as a
Technical Writer using Microsoft word and at least one (1) of the following
technical writer/graphic tools:

. Visio

. Excel

. HTML editors
-A minimum of four (4) years experience in the last eight (8) years as a
Technical Writer in designing, writing and creating technical document in
the IT area. For example, develop a migration plan, transition plan, design
specifications, System Administrator User's Guide, Operation Guide
