Job/Duties/Deliverables:
In "build" phase of project, developing application to manage
circulation, tracking, and preservation of records and documents.
Require experienced C developer with UNIX, Apache, HTML, PHP, C, XML,
XSLT, Oracle experience.

Must Have:
C development (6 - 8 years)
UNIX (6 - 8 years)
HTML (4 - 6 years)
Oracle (4 - 6 years)

Additional Skills:
Apache, PHP development, XML, XSLT
